The leader of "DPS-New Beginning" filed a report against Kostadin Kostadinov for threats with the prosecutor's office Delyan Peevski.
"The calls for violence and self-harm, the escalation of public tension, the aggressive hate speech used by Kostadinov as chairman of a political party are contrary to European democratic standards, and the competent authorities must establish whether they constitute a violation within the meaning of the Criminal Code", he pointed out.
"The systematic abuse of access to publicity in parliament and through the media in the National Assembly by Kostadinov may be due to the loss of electoral support and dependencies, but it cannot remain without consequences in a European and legal state", Peevski also said.
