The day before yesterday there was a case against Pepi Euroto, in which he was accused of presenting eight fake invoices for one gold, which was received by the prosecutors in the Specialized Prosecutor's Office. Now there was an interrogation of the witnesses. They interrogated Iliya Zlatanov, who is one of the main victims of the gang of Pepi Euroto's prosecution. If we have to talk about the eurozone, then our prosecution has long been in the eurozone. From what we heard in the hall, it became clear that the processes in the prosecution system are so rotten that it cannot cleanse itself. „Prosecutor Yuliana Hristova from the Appellate Prosecutor's Office, Prosecutor Galina Slavova from the Supreme Cassation Prosecutor's Office canceled the rulings to initiate proceedings against the two prosecutors - Deyanov and Peychinov, who are the real perpetrators of the criminal transfer of the gold and 500,000 euros. They refer to the immunity of magistrates, which is inapplicable in this case, because these prosecutors knew about the existence of a property dispute between the father and son Zlatanov. This dispute must be resolved by the court. A prosecutor cannot take on the role of a judge and say - „you are right, you are wrong“. Moreover, the money was transferred by a third person, different from the disputants“, the lawyer added.
„However, this absurdity does not impress our prosecutor's office. Iliya Zlatanov told under oath what he also said in the Anti-Corruption Fund's film, how Lyubena Petrova was explained that the gold was gone because they had given it to the Cap, the fat boy and Dimitar Frantisek. At these words, the judge and the prosecutor in the courtroom looked at the ceiling and showed no interest in who these three individuals were. Another interesting fact was revealed. That Pepi Euro sent Iliya Zlatanov to personally visit Frantisek at the Specialized Prosecutor's Office. Iliya Zlatanov was personally received by Dimitar Frantisek, who was then the head of the Special Court and had the rank of Deputy Prosecutor General, and received from him the envelope with the signal from which this criminal proceedings were started,“, explained lawyer Spasov.
