How will the adoption of the euro affect property prices, mortgage lending and investments? Key experts from Bulgaria and Central and Eastern Europe will seek answers during the 11th National Conference “Inspire to Higher 2025: The Property Market in the Eurozone“, of which the largest real estate website imot.bg is a media partner.
The conference is divided into five thematic panels, which will examine the macroeconomic prospects for the market, innovations and sustainable construction, property financing in the new environment, as well as and regulations and professional standards in the sector. The program will also include experts from Belgium, Slovakia, Lithuania, Croatia and Latvia, who will present real effects on the markets after their entry into the eurozone.
Among the participants are experts from the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce, the Institute for Economic Research at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, the banking sector, as well as representatives of European professional organizations – the Council of European Real Estate Professions (CEPI), the Belgian Institute of Real Estate Agents (IPI/BIV), and the Federation of Francophone Real Estate Agents in Belgium (FEDERIA).
The forum will also present the Annual Awards “Inspire to Higher 2025“ in the categories “Heart in Real Estate“, “Ambassador of the Profession“, “Journalism“ and “Honorary Award of the National Association of Bulgarian Journalists“. The awards will recognize socially responsible initiatives, professional contribution to the industry and the association, and journalistic reporting.
