The government has changed the status of a part of a property, declaring it private state property. It is located on the territory of the village of Gara Elin Pelin. The property is an old reception building and will be removed from the assets of the National Company “Railway Infrastructure“. This will allow the implementation of the project “Modernization of the Sofia - Plovdiv Railway Line: Railway Sections Sofia - Elin Pelin and Elin Pelin - Septemvri“.
The cabinet has changed the status of a part of another property, declaring it private state property. The non-operating asset is a building located on the territory of “Gorna Oryahovitsa Airport“. The building has no functional and technical significance for the activities of the enterprise. It is heavily depreciated and for safety reasons, actions will be taken to remove it.
The Council of Ministers adopted a Decision to declare properties - private state property, properties - public state property and to provide them free of charge for management by the Ministry of Defense. The properties are located in the city of Sofia, Stolichna Municipality, Sofia, Krasno Selo District, Gen. Totleben Blvd. No. 34-a. The free provision of the properties will ensure the administrative needs of the Ministry of Defense, for the needs of the Logistics Support Command, structures directly subordinate to the Minister of Defense and the Ministry of Defense.
By decision of the government, a free of charge, indefinite right of construction on properties - private state and public state property is established in favor of the Burgas Municipality for the construction of a bridge facility. The sites are located in the city of Burgas, Lake “Mandra“ and “South Industrial Zone“. The facility, with a length of over 900 meters, will be public municipal property. The implementation of the project will ease traffic flow, provide conflict-free transport services to the adjacent residential areas, and ensure fast and unhindered traffic exit from Burgas, as the main city roads will be able to connect with bypass roads and routes from the national road network.
Breznik Municipality receives the right of ownership over two land properties - private state property for the construction of a water intake facility and the definition of a sanitary protection zone for it. The properties are located in the Baichilnitsa area, Konska village, and the financing of the sites will be from the municipal budget. If the planned implementation is not achieved within 5 years of the acquisition of the properties, the municipality will have to transfer them back to the state.
The Council of Ministers adopted a decision to assign the executive director of the Executive Forestry Agency to conclude a contract for the purchase of a property in favor of the state, declaring it a property - public state property and providing it free of charge for management by the Executive Forestry Agency. The property is an administrative one-story building, with a built-up area of 83 sq. m., located in the city of Sofia, ul. „Antim I“ No. 17. The acquisition of the specified property for a total value of 62,141 leva and its provision to the Executive Forestry Agency for free management will ensure the needs of the agency in fulfilling its main goals and tasks. The funds for the purchase are provided from the budget of the Executive Forestry Agency. The decision also provides for the declaration of the property as public state property.
The Government granted the Executive Agency “Electronic Government Infrastructure“ the right to manage part of the property - public state property free of charge. The premises have an area of 67 sq. m and are necessary to expand the capacity of the State Hybrid Private Cloud (DHCP) and provide administrative bodies with the opportunity to use the information and communication service “Colocation“.
The Decision of the Council of Ministers No. 519 of 30.07.2025 is amended, by which the Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) was provided with an administrative building on “Al. Stamboliyski“ Blvd. for the needs of the activities of the European Delegated Prosecutors (EDP) in the Republic of Bulgaria for management. No. 45A in Sofia, consisting of a high and low body, an underground garage, but without the shop located on the ground floor of the high body and without the first floor above the ground floor in it. By virtue of the same decision, the property was declared from private to public state property. With the change, the entire building becomes public state property and passes into the management of the Supreme Judicial Council. In this way, the integrity of the property and the security of the building are guaranteed, as well as the improvement of the functionality in organizing the activities of the EDP and their administration employees. At the same time, in order to clear up a technical error, the word “garage“ is replaced with “floor“.
