For the second time in the history of the National Real Estate Association (NREA), a woman has taken the helm of the organization. This is Daniela Grozeva - manager of a real estate agency with many years of experience. She takes over the leadership position from Alexander Bochev, who has been at the helm of the organization for the last 2 years and is not running for a second term.
Grozeva is the second woman at the helm of the NREA, after two consecutive terms in the period 2014-2018. the chairman of the Board was Eng. Irena Perfanova. She has three terms as a member of the NREA Board (2014-2018 and 2023-2025). She has worked as a real estate broker for over 25 years and is the manager of the agency "Veda Korekt". She holds a Master's degree in "Real Estate Business" and a Master's degree in Economics in Socio-Cultural Activities.
The Bulgarian Association of Real Estate Agents is the oldest industry organization in Bulgaria. It unites hundreds of real estate agencies. The association was established in 1992.
