A private executor is selling one of Europe's largest factories for the extraction of high quality organic essential oils and hydrosols (floral waters) . The property also has its own production facility with herb dryers for tea production.
The enterprise is sold at a total price of BGN 1,377,760 (EUR 704,437), of which BGN 411,529 for the real estate and BGN 966,240 for the permanently attached items, Trafficnews.bg specifies.
The factory is located in the village of Razevo Konare, and the price is for the entire property with an area of 3,914 sq.m. The built-up area of the warehouse is 428 square meters, it is located on one floor. The price of the property includes all the improvements made, as well as all the equipment of the factory - machinery, equipment and equipment for the production of essential oils, a distillation apparatus with insulation, a basket for loading raw materials, a shell-and-tube heat exchanger, a Florentine vessel, a gas plant for natural gas , vault, soft water pool, building with softening system, walkway, etc.
The property is owned by “Bulgarian herb BG” Ltd. with the sole owner of the capital Kostadin Manev and is mortgaged. The headquarters of the company is located in the city of Plovdiv, and the initial paid-in capital is BGN 50.
On the property there are also imposed encumbrances and foreclosures in favor of the National Revenue Agency and the company “Lyubov 2” Ltd. The property also has a contractual mortgage in favor of “SI Finance Group” Ltd. and a special pledge agreement with UBB.
This is the first public sale of the factory and the initial auction price represents 80% of the property's valuation.
The auction will start on April 30, 2024, and all bidders can submit their bids until May 30, 2024. The name of the possible new owner will be announced on the last day of May.
