The Supreme Judicial Council received four properties  - 1

According to the decision of the government, the status of four properties provided for the management of the Supreme Judicial Council is changed ( SJC) from private state to public state ownership. One property is located in the city of Svoge, "Alexander Vutimski" street. No. 9 (the building of the Courthouse) and has an area of 1250 sq. m. The second property is in the city of Sliven, Central part of the city, including four one-story buildings of different areas. The third property included in the government decision is located in the town of Veliko Tarnovo on “Tsar Todor Svetoslav” No. 1, representing an independent object in a building with a built-up area of 227 square meters, consisting of seven premises. The fourth property is located in the city of Omurtag, “Vasil Levski” No. 2, representing; an independent object in a building with an area of 48.74 sq. m and an independent object in a building with an area of 161.83 sq. m. The properties are used for their intended purpose in connection with the performance of the functions of the judicial authorities.

According to the decision of the Council of Ministers, the Ministry of Internal Affairs receives for management parts of properties - public state property, representing three rooms. They will be used to fulfill the functional duties of the Ministry's structures. One of them is located in a building on "Vazrazhdane" square. No. 3 in Belogradchik. The other two are located in a building on “Vazrazhdane” No. 36 in the town of Kula and in a building on “Alley of Peace and Friendship” No. 2 in Oryahovo. Due to no longer being necessary, the management of parts of the properties is being taken over by the State Agency "Technical Operations".
