By decision of the government, a property in the town of Samokov, which is public state property, becomes private state property and is transferred to the management of the district governor of Sofia area. It is located on Sofiysko Shose Street“ No. 26 in the city and is a plot of land with an area of 1,370 sq. m. Due to no longer being necessary, the right to manage the property is withdrawn by the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency.
With another decision of the government, Samokov Municipality receives ownership of properties - private state property in the village of Belchin, area “Pod buki”, Samokov Municipality. The properties, which are two plots of land with a total area of 835 square meters, will be used for the route of an access road to a reservoir for drinking and domestic water supply. The route is part of a Complex project for an investment initiative for the construction of a municipal site of primary importance, related to the reconstruction of an existing reservoir for drinking and domestic water supply in the village of Belchin, construction of an access road and a new water supply pipe. The project is important for meeting the needs of the population for drinking and domestic water supply in the territory of the village. The construction of an access road to the potable water supply tank and a new supply water main will allow the maintenance and operation of the main facility and its intended use. The district governor of the Sofia region will have to develop a control mechanism through which to carry out periodic checks to ensure the conditions under which the properties are transferred.
Executive agency “Main Labor Inspectorate“ receives the management of properties - public state property in the city of Sofia. They represent 12 independent objects in a building on “Vitosha“ Blvd. No. 6. Due to no longer being necessary, their management is taken away from the District Administration of the Sofia Region.
The municipality of Zemen receives the ownership of a property - private state property in the area "Orlovo Gnezdo" in the town of Zemen. It is an unregulated piece of land with an area of 21,000 square meters, designated as a “Pioneer Camp”, together with the buildings in it. The property will be used for the construction of park areas for recreation and sports, children's playgrounds and sports fields, as well as for the implementation of social, sports and cultural events with free access. If the planned activities are not implemented within five years of its acquisition, the municipality will have to transfer it back to the state. The regional governor of Pernik must develop a control mechanism, through which he can carry out periodic checks to fulfill the conditions under which the land with the buildings is transferred to the Municipality.
