A new residential complex with over 200 2-story houses, sports grounds and green areas will be built in the "Dragoman" district in Bankya. The request has already been submitted to the Regional Inspectorate for Environment and Water - Sofia.
The new complex will cover an area of 59,490 sq m. Each house will have a living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and others and 1-2 parking spaces.
The future owners will have 3 sports fields at their disposal - for football, basketball and volleyball. Their total area according to the project is 5750 sq.m.
The green areas will be 8950 sq.m.
The infrastructure will be provided with one main road, 10 meters wide, and several secondary streets, 6 meters wide.
Currently, over 60 properties are being offered in the "Gradoman" district of Bankya, according to a report on the largest real estate website imot.bg. The offer is dominated by houses and plots of land. A hotel is also for sale. Its price is 600,000 EUR, and for this amount the new owner receives 2 separate buildings with a total of 11 rooms.
The most expensive property offered is a luxury house for 1,630,000 EUR. Its total built-up area is 536 sq.m.
