The Bulgarian is less and less compromising on quality when choosing a home, our research shows”. This was stated to Facts by investor Todor Terziev, one of the three investors of the Sofia Verticale building.
“It is precisely this understanding that motivates us to launch our new project,” he added. “With my partners, we believe that it is unique with its high quality of execution, innovative approach and integration into the modern urban environment.”
Project profile:
“The project will be implemented within 3 years. The building will be of a mixed type – including office and residential parts, with separate entrances. All apartments are designed with a special focus on the feeling of spaciousness, comfort and maximum natural lighting”the investors told Facts.
How did the idea for such a project come about, Mr. Terziev?
I believe that in recent years the Bulgarian has become increasingly demanding of the living environment and does not compromise on quality. That is why we decided to create a project that meets modern requirements: with an excellent location in the central part of the city, designed according to the highest standards for sustainable construction.
The building will be certified according to leading international energy efficiency systems. It will consist of 17 above-ground floors – of which the first 9 will be commercial and office, and from the 10th to the 17th floor there are 52 apartments.
What kind of people do you expect your customers to be?
We hope that our customers will be people who value the quality of life – looking for luxury, comfort and tranquility, combined with the amenities of the central city environment. These are demanding buyers for whom a home is not just a dwelling, but a space with high added value – both as an investment and as a way of life.
We are on the verge of entering the eurozone. How do you think this will affect the sector?
In the construction sector, transactions have long been concluded in euros, and property prices have already reached sustainably high levels. Therefore, I do not expect a sharp change or a drastic impact on the market. More importantly, the mentality of Bulgarians is changing - people are increasingly looking for quality, comfort and sustainability. That is why I believe that high-end projects, such as ours, will be increasingly preferred.
