The police in Shumen have arrested the alleged killer of 26-year-old Alexander Penchev, who was found helpless in an unfinished building in the city. Although it was initially thought to be an accident, the autopsy performed showed that the cause of death was a blow to the abdomen.
The wanted man, Alexander, was found in the abandoned construction site after analyzing footage from security cameras in the area. It was found that on March 7, he spent some time with 28-year-old B. V. The two knew each other and went to the abandoned building to smoke “tea“. An argument broke out between them.

The perpetrator explained to the police:

Instead of helping him, the alleged perpetrator searched Alexander's clothes for drugs. So far, he has six convictions for possession and distribution of drugs, two of which are effective. He was last released from prison in June last year. He has been charged with causing moderate bodily harm resulting in death.
