The Prosecutor's College of the Supreme Judicial Council will consider at its meeting documents and information received, related to the activities of the group around Martin Bojanov, dariknews.bg reported.
One of the points the magistrates will consider is a request from the acting “prosecutor general” for temporary removal from office of magistrate.
Yesterday, the Temporary Commission for the verification of facts and circumstances related to the activities of the group around Martin Bojanov heard several prosecutors. These were the city prosecutor of Sofia Iliana Kirilova, the appellate prosecutor of Sofia Radoslav Dimov, the chief inspector of the Supreme Court of Justice Teodora Tochkova and the investigator of the Supreme Court of Justice, former member of the Supreme Court of Justice and chairman of the ethical commission of the Supreme Court of Justice Yasen Todorov.
