The Sofia District Prosecutor's Office has opened a case against a 21-year-old man for causing minor bodily harm to another person, reports Nova TV. The accused L.P. stopped his vehicle in a public place in the capital, in the middle of an intersection, in front of the car driven by the injured man, blocked his way, got out of the car and started hitting him.
The attacker struck I.V. with his hands in the head area. and declared to him that he was "untouchable". He threatened to kill him and that there would be no consequences for it. "There are people above me who protect me," L.P. said. of the victim.
The man was detained for a period of 72 hours.
