Two young men beat a woman in Pernik, the police said. A report about an injured woman was filed yesterday with the police by CSMP officers – Pennik.
According to medics, a 56-year-old woman from Perni was admitted to the hospital with a fracture of the maxillofacial bone, most likely caused by a beating.
The incident occurred in the early hours of July 29 in front of a shop in the "Iztok" quarter of Pernish. Two minors beat the woman, as a result of which she was admitted to hospital for treatment with serious facial injuries, writes Darik.
The reasons for what happened are in the process of being established. The two have been detained for up to 24 hours under the Law on the Ministry of Internal Affairs and an investigation has been launched for causing moderate bodily harm. The law provides for imprisonment for up to 6 years.
The work continues under the supervision of the prosecutor's office.
