Today, 08.08.2024, at the request of the District Prosecutor's Office – The Pernik court detained a 43-year-old man accused of kidnapping and rape.
In the case, it was established that in the early morning of 08/05/2024, I.M. waited for an 18-year-old girl to finish her night shift at the commercial establishment where he worked. He forcibly forced the victim to get into his car. After taking her to a deserted wooded area in the town of Pernik, the man had intercourse with her, again using force to break her resistance.
In the case, witnesses were questioned, persons were examined and an inspection of the scene was carried out. The investigation continues under the supervision of the District Attorney – Pennik.
