8-9 shell casings were found on the spot. Some of the participants are already in Bulgaria.
Among them is Kiril Kirov, better known by his nickname Russian. According to his defense attorney, he has not yet been charged, but was questioned as a witness. The owner of the establishment was again not available for comment.
Kiril Kirov knows Ivaylo Konstantinov - the owner of the restaurant in Halkidiki, he eats there every summer when he is on vacation. At lunch before the shootout, the two talked on the phone - Kirov ordered a large fish for more people. She was not ready at the appointed time. Their other orders were also delayed, says Kirov's lawyer.
"Surely aggression shouldn't be the answer, but after an hour and 45 minutes of the order being delayed and his repeated attempts to find out why some of the tables, including his own, weren't having their order delivered after going to the kitchen and asks the question, he meets the chef's aggression and in reality then he responds to this aggression", stated Vasil Krumov, a lawyer.
According to Kirov, the chef looked as if he was under the influence of drugs.
"The chef of the restaurant was behaving inappropriately and came out holding a cold weapon in his hand," added Vasil Krumov.
After the scandal with the cook, the order arrived. The fight and the shooting, according to Kirov's story, happened on departure, after the bill had already been paid.
Surprisingly, the guards of the establishment turned towards them. Then Kirov hid the children who were with him under the table.
The guards fired, and Kirov and his company responded with physical force. Some of the participants in the beating have already been charged.
"The manager of the establishment is accused of incitement to cause bodily harm to several persons, as he is the person who asked for help from other people - foreigners, as far as I know Georgians, who are the perpetrators of this crime," said also the lawyer Vasil Krumov.
