"Petyo Petrov knows he is wanted, he is not in Greece and will probably not return", his ex-wife Lyubena Pavlova told the media after being questioned at the Sofia City Court. The ex-wife of former investigator Petyo Petrov, known as Euroto, and former Chief Prosecutor Ivan Geshev are among the witnesses who appeared today in the case against prosecutor Konstantin Sulev.
Pavlova also said that she spoke with Petrov on the phone about a month ago, as well as several times before that in recent months.
Before the court, Pavlova told about the VIP room in the restaurant “Osemte dvujeta”, where former Chief Prosecutor Ivan Geshev came two or three times a week.
He also testified before the court and said that he knew Petyo Petrov as a magistrate, but they were not friends.
As to whether he knew Martin Bozanov-Notary, Geshev said that he may have seen him only once, and then by chance.
