The majority owner of "Uni" with 55% is the GERB politician Ivaylo Konstantinov, current leader of the party in Dupnitsa, former MP, partner of “Union Bus Service”.
The other partner with 45% is also interesting - the company “VIP Station”. The sole owner of the capital there is the Montenegrin Ranko Klačar, connected to 18 companies. “VIP Station” entered “Uni” very soon, on June 13, on the eve of the deal for “Gazprom” with 45% of the company's share. However, Klačar is a partner not with just anyone, but with Radoslav Ventsislavov Ivanov, better known as “Bratovcheda Radi”, the relative of Boyko Borisov from Bankya.
“Gas Station for the People” just like “Shops for the People” are another project of the ruling party to fill their own pockets and benefit them, Vazrajdane states. And they emphasize that “Cousin Radi” took over all of Borisov's business after he became mayor of Sofia. He was also associated with several deals with the Municipality on land in Lyulin, which "look suspicious".
