CSKA started preparations for the 24/25 season under the leadership of the new head coach Tomislav Stipić. "The Reds" did the first exercise at the club base in Pancharevo, the club announced. All the players arrived on time, and Hristiyan Petrov, Georgi Chorbadzhiyski, Amos Yuga and Seini Sanyang got extra days off because of their participation in the matches with the national teams.
The new addition Ivan Tasev, who comes from Pirin, joined the team, Asen Donchev, Mark-Emilio Papazov, Simeon Alexandrov and Rosen Marinov, who left last season, returned. The promising young footballers from the academy Julian Iliev, Nasko Tsekov, Lachezar Ivanov, Petko Panayotov, Alessandro Nikolov and Teodor Apostolov also started training with the team.
From today, the team will have two training sessions a day, on Monday and Tuesday there will be medical examinations, on June 22 is the first control against Belasitsa (Petrich) at the base in Pancharevo, and on June 23, CSKA leaves for a camp in Bansko.
