A new invasion of football players from the Scandinavian countries is looming in CSKA, Topsport reported.
There are at least three footballers from this region who are in the plans of coach Tomislav Stipić, who is already conducting negotiations for their attraction, reports "Mach Telegraf". The main target remains the Cypriot national Ioannis Pitas from the Swedish AIK. The first offer of the "red" however, it was rejected, said AIK sports director Thomas Berntsen.
"We rejected several offers that were not close to what we wanted," Berntsen told "Aftonbladet".
Three more Scandinavian footballers are in CSKA's plans. One is called Henrik Meister, who is 20 years old. He is a Danish striker playing for Norway's Sarpsborg. It was from there that Jonathan Lindseth and Tobias Heinz were drawn.
The other is Jens Hierto-Dahl. He is Norwegian, 18 years old, 193 cm tall and plays as a central defender and holding midfielder. Wears the team of Tromsø (Norway).
The 25-year-old Norwegian Simen Haugholm, who continues to impress with goals for Vidar, is also in CSKA's plans.
