Bologna beat Cagliari away to Sardinia 2-0 in a match of the tenth round of the Italian Serie A, reported BTA.
Ricardo Orsolini opened the scoring for the Champions League side in the first half and Denmark's Jens Odgor made it 2-0 shortly after the break. It was only Bologna's second win of the new season, but still, thanks to it, the team climbed to tenth place in the standings and is already in the top half.
In the other earlier match, Lecce beat Verona 1-0 and the visitors finished the match with 9 men. Verona's Jackson Chachua was sent off at the end of the first half. Patrick Dorgu opened the scoring for Lecce in the 51st minute. Ten minutes before the end of the match Reda Belakhian of Verona also left the field prematurely due to a second yellow card. Lecce has moved out of last place and is now in 18th position. The Verona team remains in 14th position.
