The Portuguese team is the first finalist in the League of Nations tournament after a 2-1 victory over Germany, BTA reported.
Florian Wirz led the Germans in the score after the break, but with goals from the reserve Conceição and captain Ronaldo, the Portuguese turned the tide of the match at the "Allianz Arena" in Munich.
The match started ten minutes late after torrential rain and hail fell on the stadium.
The Bundesliga dominated the first half and had chances to score, but goalkeeper Diego Costa saved shots by Nick Voltemade and Leon Goretzka midway through the first half.
Three minutes after the break, Germany took the lead through Florian Wirtz, who uncharacteristically scored a masterful header after a magnificent assist from captain Joshua Kimmich, who was playing his 100th match for the national team.
Portugal coach Roberto Martinez responded by bringing on Francisco Conceicao, and the move proved to be a winning one. Conceicao got the Iberians moving and sparked the turnaround with a spectacular goal in the 63rd minute. Conceicao broke through to the edge of the penalty area and a wonderful finishing shot from distance left Ter Snegen no chance.
The Portuguese used the spark in the game and struck a second time. Veteran Cristiano Ronaldo scored into an empty net after a pass from left-back Nuno Mendes.
Towards the end, Portugal was the more dangerous team, and Conceicao missed two more clear scoring opportunities.
Portugal awaits the winner of the other semi-final between Spain and France in the Nations League final.
