Israeli striker Ahmad Khalaila is leaving Lokomotiv Plovdiv after signing with the Smurfs on July 6. Khalaila has experienced difficulties with adaptation, as it is his first time outside his homeland of Israel, revealed the boss of the black and whites, Toma Tsilev, reported "Tema Sport".
„Ahmad Khalaila was one of the first with whom we came into contact. He agreed to our conditions, then these things happened in Israel. The boy had difficulty adapting, as it was his first time outside the country.
We tried to keep him, but in the end he asked to return to Israel, as he would not feel 100%,” explained Tsilev about the striker, who signed a two-year contract less than two weeks ago.
