The owner of Lokomotiv Plovdiv Hristo Krusharski is a guest on the show “Arena Sport“ on BNT. He comments on current topics surrounding the Plovdiv club, as well as his expectations for the new season in the First League, which has already begun.

Krusharski also shared his opinion about some of the Loko fans who interrupted one of the team's last controls to protest against the owner.

“I respect the fans as long as they support the team, but I won't tolerate the excesses. I can state that. And I took the trouble to check what happened in England and why in England, from the most serious problems that have happened, now there is clapping, singing and dancing in the stadiums. It all started with the State. Ticket prices are rising. Anyone who commits excesses does not enter the stadium. Then we saw what happened there. I would ask the fans to watch the matches, to chant whatever they want, but not to commit excesses and arbitrariness. I have signed a contract with the police, they will guard the matches.

Regarding the upcoming first match in the championship against Dobrudzha, Krusharski said the following:

„I have guests from Brazil and I will not be at the match. I have to finish the things I started so I can earn some leva to invest in the club“, said Krushaski.

He also commented on the past season, which was extremely difficult for Lokomotiv.

„We did a pretty good preparation. I watched two of the controls. They are not a factor that shows how much the team has improved. But, I think we have a team that will be competitive in the championship“, said the businessman.

He also shared what the club's financial situation is.

„I'll answer you „beer“. The club has debts that I have found, 700,000 unpaid taxes. Plus interest. Liabilities to staff – 537,213. To suppliers – 985,979. To others – 462,000 debts. If anyone is willing, go sit down, check, come out and tell the truth in the eyes of the people. The club currently does not owe salaries. We fulfill our tax obligations, we pay our social security every month. Plus the debts that were accumulated before I was in the team. They have decreased by 400,000-500,000, if that is nothing…“, said the owner.

Krusharski also shared what motivates him to continue working at the club.

„I have said many times that this is an enterprise that needs to start working properly. A club needs several years to start supporting itself. People who are my age and a little younger than me give me a reason to continue. Who met me on the streets and thanked me for it (the Bulgarian Cup win). Everyone has the right to express their opinion. I know I'm from Govedartsi. There's no point in them reminding me of the same thing," Krusharski is categorical.
