In North Macedonia, voters will return to the polls to elect mayors of 32 municipalities and the capital Skopje.
Polls open at 7:00 a.m. local time and close at 7:00 p.m., BNR reports.
The first round was held on October 10. The ruling VMRO-DPMNE party won the largest number of votes for municipal councilors in the local elections - just over 300,000, but registered a serious drop in support compared to the last parliamentary elections.
About 125,000 people supported the Social Democratic Union (SDSM).
