Ukraine's delegation to the peace agreement negotiations will be led by Andriy Ermak, the head of Volodymyr Zelensky's cabinet. This is stated in the decree No. 854/2025 of the President of Ukraine, Focus writes.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has signed a decree on the creation of a delegation of Ukraine to participate in the negotiation process with the United States and other international partners, as well as with representatives of the Russian Federation.
The delegation includes the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Rustem Umerov and his deputy Yevgeny Ostryansky, the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate (GRU) Kirill Budanov, the chief of the General Staff Andriy Gnatov, the head of the Foreign Intelligence Service Oleg Ivashchenko, the first deputy foreign minister Serhiy Kislytsa, the deputy head of the Security Service of Ukraine Oleksandr Poklad, and the adviser to Ermak Oleksandr Bevz.
