The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced that an interceptor missile was fired at a “suspicious aerial target“ near the town of Baram on the Lebanese border.
“After sirens were triggered in the Baram area, an interceptor missile was fired targeting a suspicious aerial target“, an IDF spokesman said in a statement.
The IDF noted that “the results of the interception are under review“.
