In Budanov's Hands! A Visible Change in the Way Peace Negotiations Are Conducted in Ukraine - 1

A visible change in the way peace negotiations in Ukraine have occurred after Kyrylo Budanov joined the negotiating team. This is what Ukrainska Pravda writes in an analysis of the latest news from the attempts to reach an agreement between Kiev and Moscow, Focus reports.

Since the entire process of discussing the peace plan was concentrated in Budanov's hands, the messages from the Ukrainian team have already begun to sound in "one voice", the publication notes. The head of the administration of President Zelensky, together with the businessman and politician from the "Servant of the People" party who returned to the negotiating team David Arakhamia, managed to get the Russian side to also change the composition of its delegations.

This has resulted in a significant change in the course of the negotiations. From endless historical discussions between politicians, the talks have moved on to extremely specific details: mechanisms for the withdrawal of troops, security guarantees, deadlines, etc. And most importantly - they are being conducted by people familiar with the military operations and the course of the war.

In addition to Kirill Budanov's ability to organize and lead the negotiations, David Arakhamia also made a great contribution. The reasons - his wide circle of contacts in the United States, his closeness to Budanov, as well as his direct contacts with Russians, such as Roman Abramovich.

Some time ago, Volodymyr Zelensky himself, when making changes to his administration, announced that his goal was to strengthen the negotiating team and, as soon as possible, reach a real agreement on the cessation of hostilities.
