Former US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has accused President Donald Trump's administration of deliberately covering up information from the "Epstein" files.
In an interview with the BBC, she once again called for all documents to be released and for the process of their disclosure not to be delayed.
Hillary Clinton makes these accusations just days before she and her husband – Bill Clinton to appear before a special congressional committee and testify about Jeffrey Epstein's activities.
Bill Clinton's name appears on the lists of the late financier, and there are also video recordings of the former US president's presence on the so-called Epstein Island.
The Clinton family initially refused to testify, but later both agreed to testify. This will be the first such hearing of a former US president since 1983.
In her interview with the BBC, Hillary Clinton stated: "We have nothing to hide. We ourselves have always wanted the full disclosure of these documents. We think sunlight is the best disinfectant“.
The White House insists that so far, with the release of the documents, they have done more for Epstein's victims than the Democrats.
