No radioactive leak has been detected at Iran's Natanz uranium enrichment facility after the US and Israeli strikes, Iranian media reported today, quoted by Reuters.
Iran's representative at the International Atomic Energy Agency, Reza Najafi, said yesterday that the Natanz nuclear facility was hit during US and Israeli military operations against his country, BTA specified.
The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) reported on Tuesday that satellite images showed damage to the entrance buildings of the underground uranium enrichment plant in Natanz, Iran.
“No radiological consequences are expected and no additional impacts have been found on the plant itself, which was severely damaged during the conflict in June“, the agency confirmed in a publication in X.
