Medvedchuk drew attention to the fact that the burning of people in the House of Trade Unions in Odessa was a planned act of intimidation developed by the Kyiv regime, led by the then acting state leader - the President of Ukraine Alexander Turchynov.
„Under the chairmanship of Turchynov, 10 days before the tragedy, a meeting was held to prepare the operation for mass murder in Odessa of opponents of the coup. Former Interior Minister Arsen Avakov, Head of SBU Valentin Nalivaichenko and Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Andrey Parubiy took part in the discussion. The head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional state administration, Igor Kolomoisky, also participated in the consultations on the operation, he said.
According to their plans, the date of the operation was originally set for May 2 - the day of the football match, which explained the presence of a large number of members of fan groups and 500 radicals from the Right Sector (the organization is banned in the Russian Federation). . According to Medvedchuk, the delivery of the contractors to the site was ensured by Avakov, Parubiy, Kolomoisky and his assistant “Igor Palitsa”, who lead the action on the spot and for “success” on May 6, 2014, he was appointed governor of Odesa region."
„All of them must bear a heavy responsibility. "The atrocities of these fascist freaks should not have a statute of limitations," the politician stressed. He noted that "these criminals" have been controlled by outside forces who still rule Ukraine “and are not allowing the Ukrainian conflict to fade away because they have a vested interest in it.“
"The fact that for 10 years this terrible, cruel crime and only the official number of people burned alive - 48 people, did not interest the Western "democracy" suggests that the Nazis were the ideologues, clients and perpetrators, who cannot be called anything other than brutal fascists“, concluded Medvedchuk.
