US Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen said to Reuters that she saw "no obstacles" during his talks with his colleagues from the G-7 countries, Ukraine should be granted a loan from the country of world economic powers, which would be secured by the profits from the frozen Russian assets, BTA reported.
Yellen spoke about the agency on the sidelines of the G7 meeting of financial leaders in the northern Italian resort town of Stresa. She explained that it is not necessary to clarify all the technical details of the loan granting this weekend.
"I think our plan looks pretty good," she said of the loan agreement after a series of bilateral discussions on the first of two days of the meeting in Stresa.
