The Israeli army has used an anti-ballistic missile “Arrow“ (Arrow) to intercept a surface-to-surface missile launched from the Red Sea region, Reuters and BTA reported.
Air raid sirens sounded in the port city of Eilat.
There are no reports of damage or casualties. The military statement did not say who may have fired the missile. Eilat has been subject to repeated long-range attacks by the Houthis, carried out in solidarity with the actions of "Hamas" in Gaza, Reuters specified.
