After the end of another round of negotiations for a cease-fire agreement in Gaza, thousands of people in Israel again took to the streets in the country to demonstrate in support of the conclusion of a deal to release the hostages, DPA reported, quoted by BTA.
At one of the rallies, the mother of a hostage held by the Palestinian militant group "Hamas" called on the leadership of the Israeli security forces to prevent Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu from sabotaging the deal, the Israeli newspaper "Aaretz" reported.

Country mediators Qatar, Egypt and the United States hope the agreement will lead to a ceasefire as well as the release of hostages still being held in the Gaza Strip.
"Even if this isn't the perfect deal, it's the only one on the table," the father of one of the hostages said at another rally.
Protests took place in the coastal metropolis of Tel Aviv, in Haifa and many other places in the country.
Many of the protesters accuse Netanyahu of sabotaging the deal and bowing to the demands of his ultra-religious and far-right coalition partners, DPA said. Partners oppose any concessions to "Hamas" and Netanyahu is dependent on them for his political survival.
The demonstrators also again called for the government to resign and for new elections to be held.
In case of new elections, Netanyahu may lose the post of Prime Minister, DPA commented. This, in turn, would hasten the prosecution of him on corruption charges.
