From "Hamas" they also said in a statement that the proposal sets new conditions on the issue of exchanging Israeli hostages held by the Gaza movement for Palestinian prisoners in Israel, while ignoring other issues and thus impeding the deal, the agency added.
Negotiators from Egypt, Qatar and the US met in Doha on Friday, according to Reuters.
US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken arrived today in Tel Aviv for his tenth visit to the Middle East since the start of the conflict between Israel and "Hamas" on October 7 last year in an attempt to push for the conclusion of the ceasefire negotiations, the agency noted.
Netanyahu, in turn, said in a statement released by his office that pressure for a truce should be directed at Hamas, not his government.
Meanwhile, the health authorities of "Hamas" in Gaza reported that the victims of today's Israeli strike in the enclave are now twenty-one. It was already announced earlier that a mother and her six children were among the dead. They were killed in an Israeli strike in the city of Deir al-Balah in central Gaza.
