Chechen special forces commander “Akhmat” Apti Alaudinov said that if Ukraine is not defeated at the front by the end of the year, Russia may use nuclear weapons against it and its Western allies, Ukrainian and Russian media reported.
„Either the special military operation (as Russia calls its military aggression against Ukraine) will end this year, or it will turn into a world war,” said the Chechen commander against the backdrop of the Ukrainian invasion of the Kursk region.
„Residents of the USA and European countries must take to the streets and stop their governments that are leading the world to nuclear war, said special forces commander “Akhmat”.
Such nuclear threats are common for Russia. Moscow, which claimed its border was inviolable and a “red line“ that should not be crossed, did nothing to stop Ukrainian forces in the Kursk region. Dozens of settlements on Russian land were occupied by the ZSU, and in the battles even the soldiers of “Akhmat” were taken prisoner.
Alaudinov said that the leaders of the NATO countries are doing everything possible for Russia to cross the red line and start defending itself with nuclear weapons. He stated that if the SVO is not completed this year, the federation will enter World War III. The original plan of the Russians was the “special military operation” to finish in three days with the capture of Kiev.
Russian Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev said Ukraine's incursion into Russia's Kursk region meant there would be no talks between Moscow and Kiev until Ukraine was completely defeated. “Stop with the empty talk about the wonderful peace with the mediators that no one appointed. "Now everyone understands everything, even if they don't say it out loud," Medvedev wrote in Telegram. “ Until the complete defeat of the enemy, there will be no more negotiations!“, the former Russian president pointed out.
