Ukraine's air defense is trying to repel a new Russian air attack on Kiev, reported the Reuters agency, quoted by BTA, referring to the mayor of the Ukrainian capital.

„Stay in the shelters!”, Mayor Vitali Klitschko wrote in Telegram.

Earlier it was reported that several people were injured in a Russian air attack on the Ukrainian city of Zaporozhye.

The head of the regional military administration, Ivan Fedorov, wrote in "Telegram" that according to initial data, there are at least four wounded.

Ukrainian media reported that at least two guided bombs exploded in the city center this evening and that there was serious damage to several buildings.

Rescue teams are working on site.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine (VSU) will receive reconnaissance drones worth 42.6 million euros from the Netherlands as part of the initial stage of a new program, DPA reported, citing BTA, citing a statement by the Dutch Ministry of Defense.

The drones are manufactured by the Dutch company "DeltaQuod" (DeltaQuad).

This shipment represents the first step in the implementation of the Action Plan on Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, which Dutch Defense Minister Ruben Brekelmans presented during his recent visit to Ukraine.

The Ministry of Defense indicated that the total budget of the plan amounts to 400 million euros, with more than 50 percent of the funds provided by Dutch industrial enterprises.

The Dutch drones will not be equipped with weapons and are intended for surveillance, receiving real-time battlefield information and intelligence gathering.

Ukraine has also launched its own drone production program. The Ukrainian defense industry has produced over 1,000,000 UAVs, and the private sector also contributes drones to the Armed Forces.

Kyiv also receives drones from its foreign allies. Deliveries include both ordinary surveillance and reconnaissance drones and combat drones, including long-range ones.
