The Israeli government has ordered buses that are supposed to transport Palestinian prisoners for release to return to their respective prisons, quoted by BTA.
The decision was made during a hostage swap operation, with the Israeli authorities once again finding themselves at the center of tension with their Palestinian opponents, the agencies reported.
A little earlier, within the framework of the same ceasefire agreement, the Palestinian Islamist movement „Hamas“ handed over eight hostages to Israel as part of the commitments made.
The reaction of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was not long in coming, as he said that he had observed "shocking scenes" that accompanied the release of these hostages. According to him, what happened was unexpected and disturbing for the Israeli side.
