A woman was killed in Russian artillery shelling of the southeastern Ukrainian industrial city of Nikopol, Dnepropetrovsk Oblast Governor Sergiy Lysak wrote on "Telegram" tonight.
A woman was also injured in the attack. Damage to a five-story residential building, the regional governor's statement also says.
Nikopol is located on the Ukrainian-controlled side of the Dnieper River, opposite the Zaporozhye NPP occupied by Russia.
Over 20 Russian drones attacked the Ukrainian Danube city of Izmail from the Black Sea, local channels in the "Telegram" app reported.
There are reports of targets being hit in the city.
Russian drones also flew to the cities of Kiliya, Vilkovo, and Tatarbunary.
Local authorities urged residents to immediately take shelter.
