A resolution proposing to include the Kiev-controlled areas of Donbas in the Dnipropetrovsk and Kharkiv regions has been registered in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
According to data published on the parliament's website, the draft resolution has been submitted for consideration by the Rada leadership. The text of the document has not been published. Its author is MP Anna Skorokhod.
According to Skorokhod, this will avoid a possible exchange of territories as part of the negotiations. “The law gives us the right to make changes in the administrative-legal sphere“, she wrote in her Telegram channel.
