The Energy and Water Regulatory Commission (KEWR) will discuss today at an open session the proposal of "Bulgargaz" for the natural gas price for December, according to the regulator's program, quoted by BTA. The meeting is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. at the KEWR building.

"Bulgargaz" proposed a natural gas price for December of 65.24 leva (33.36 euros) per megawatt-hour (MWh), excluding access, transmission, excise and VAT prices. The regulator approved a natural gas price for November of 65.82 leva/MWh (33.65 euros) excluding access, transmission, excise and VAT prices. This means that "Bulgargaz" proposes a price reduction of less than a percent for December.

The company notes that its customers have significantly increased their initial orders for December by approximately 266,000 MWh, with the increased orders coming mainly from regulated customers. As a result, the impact of the delivery price of Azerbaijani quantities on the final price is significantly reduced due to a decrease in their share in the overall price mix, "Bulgargaz" indicates.
