On the first working day of the week in parliament, the first item in the preliminary program is a vote on the first reading to close the Anti-Corruption Commission. This is reported by BNT.
The Legal Committee rejected two of the proposals on who should transfer the powers of the CPC.
One was from "DPS-New Beginning", which provides for the powers of the CPC to be taken over by the Court of Audit and the State Agency for National Security, and the other was from PP-DB - to establish a Commission for the Prevention of Corruption.
The Legal Committee accepted the proposal from GERB-SDF - the powers of the CPC to be transferred to the Court of Audit and the State Anti-Corruption Commission.
