Two more medical personnel with charges from the prosecutor's office in Plovdiv after the death of 6-year-old Angel, who died in the dentist's chair in a private clinic after being given full anesthesia. The tragedy occurred almost a year ago, and the case has not yet been brought to court. A total of three people have been charged so far. Two anesthesiologists from the clinic are accused of complicity in the child's death.

“Our son was left to die without the care of a doctor, because the doctor was not there. When our son deteriorated after coming out of anesthesia, he was left in the hands of an obstetrician-gynecologist who did not know what to do“, he said in “This Morning“ on bTV the father of the 6-year-old child – Georgi Raichev.

He drew attention to the inspections of the Executive Agency “Medical Supervision“ and the former director Ivanka Dineva.

“After their next inspection, the documents were provided to the new Minister of Health, Assoc. Prof. Mihail Okoliyski, who did not pay attention, and Ivanka Dineva was fired. The inspections found countless violations and most likely the clinic does not have the capacity to carry out these manipulations. She does not have a permit to anesthetize children, but despite everything she continues to function“, said Raichev.

According to him, the dentist also does not have the necessary permits to operate on children under general anesthesia.

“I ask is there anything rotten in the whole thing and those who we are waiting for to fight the backstage, are they fighting it in the person of Assoc. Prof. Okoliyski, or are they supporting him?“, asked the child's father.

He addressed the acting Prime Minister Andrey Gyurov and President Iliana Yotova with an appeal to see if there is an umbrella over the clinic. He also called on journalists to ask whether the clinic is about to be closed due to a number of violations.
