The Prosecutorial College of the Supreme Judicial Council meets in a regular session today.
This is the first meeting of the personnel officers after the ruling party and part of the opposition in the future 52nd parliament called on the acting Prosecutor General Borislav Sarafov to resign.
There is no previously recorded item on the college's agenda related to the case surrounding the number one prosecutor, writes "Nova TV".
So far, the representatives of the state prosecution have refused to replace him on the grounds that he is in an established position and the change in the law, according to which he can remain in office for a maximum of six months, does not apply to him.
