A railing broke off the NDK building. A 15-year-old boy was injured in the incident, falling from a height of almost 5 meters. The tragedy occurred around 6:00 p.m.
The boy was sitting on the railing when it broke off and fell with him.
However, his friends, who were at the scene of the incident, claim that he was pushed against the railing and then it broke off and the boy fell with him, BTV reports.
Police and an ambulance arrived at the scene. The child was transported to "Pirogov" in a very serious condition with a risk to life in a coma.
He is placed in a children's anti-shock ward. Diagnostic and therapeutic measures are pending, said the "Pirogov" hospital.
