The Ministry of Economy published the methodology for its calculation. And now hold on tight: a fair price is the sum of "local cost", "European parity", "discount" and "fair gross margin".
Are they adequate at all? It took them 110 days - it wasn't market analyses, meetings with chains, attempts at legislative initiatives, working groups of all kinds, meetings and finally - this incomparable stupidity.
