Svilenski: PP "washed" Borisov and put him back "on a white horse", today Radev cemented him in the executive power

"Glavchev is a bright political figure. It's like saying I'm not from the BSP. He was the chairman of the National Assembly of GERB. And he was the chairman of the National Assembly, who expelled the chairman of the opposition from the hall", Svilenski also stated

It is unlikely that Dimitar Glavchev is the only one who has agreed to become acting Prime Minister, this cannot be accepted as an authoritative thesis. This was commented by the Deputy Chairman of the PG of the BSP Georgi Svilenski in the show “Offensive with Lyubo Ognyanov”

He recalled that a few days ago the deputy ombudsman unexpectedly resigned.

„We asked the question, what does it require? We did not receive an answer”, commented Svilenski.

In his words, the BSP were not surprised by the candidacy of Dimitar Glavchev.

We knew that an official cabinet made under this Constitution would be proposed and written by GERB. After PP “washed” Borissov and returned him “on a white horse”, today the Bulgarian president cemented him in the executive power, giving him the opportunity to arrange the next cabinet. You don't expect the president to say that he expects a party cabinet, do you? Svilenski commented.

„We don't know what happened at the consultations. But we get Glavchev”, he added.

Georgi Svilenski emphasized again that the BSP did not want the changes in the Constitution.

„Glavchev is a bright political figure. It's like saying I'm not from the BSP. He was the chairman of the National Assembly of GERB. And he was the chairman of the National Assembly who expelled the chairman of the opposition from the hall, Svilenski said.

He also commented on the intention expressed today by Dimitar Glavchev to propose experts to the cabinet and to present his list of ministers to all formations in the National Assembly.

„In an office, political parties should not place themselves, they should not propose experts, nor party representatives. If a truly independent cabinet is to be formed, only fair elections should be held. Therefore, the political parties have nothing to do with either Mr. Glavchev or the ministers, he commented and added that he saw no point in going to the ministers' presentation.

„We call on all parties to mobilize and monitor the integrity of the vote in these elections. With this type of cabinet and prime minister, they do not guarantee us the fairness of the vote”, said Svilenski.

Regarding the elections, he said he hoped the BSP would get 150,000 votes.
