Traffic police in Strazhitsa caught a driver with 1.8 percent of alcohol. However, convinced that there was a mistake, the driver asked for a blood sample and it turned out to be negative, reports NOVA.
The license plates were removed, the vehicle was impounded and the man was arrested. Now he will sue the Ministry of Interior, as he thinks he was beaten.
The case is from the village of Balkantsi. Milcho Angelov was stopped on Wednesday around 4:30 pm by the traffic police officers. He stated that he had not consumed any alcohol and that the dragger was set. The man explained that the tip was placed directly on the device.
