From 10:00 a.m. coalition “BSP for Bulgaria” will register for the upcoming parliamentary and European elections, the party announced. The leadership of the BSP, people's representatives from the PG "BSP for Bulgaria" and coalition partners will submit 10,000 signatures to the CEC on behalf of the coalition, dariknews.bg reported.
Coalition "Solidary Bulgaria", in which PP "Bulgarian Left", PP "United Social Democracy" participate. and PP "Stand up. BG", will also register for the June 9 elections for the National Assembly and the European Parliament.
Before the registration, at 10:50 a.m., the chairman of the Coalition "Solidary Bulgaria" Vanya Grigorova will give a briefing to the Central Election Commission.
From 12.00 Bulgarian time on April 23, 2024, an electronic application for voting outside the country can be submitted. The option is located on the website of the CEC, the Commission announced, quoted by NOVA.
The deadline for submitting applications expires at midnight Bulgarian time on May 14, 2024.
In the meantime, it has become clear that for the elections on June 9, it is planned to open sections in 60 countries at this stage. At the moment, the largest number of sections abroad is expected to be in Turkey. In neighboring Greece, sections for the resorts - Kavala, Komotini, Neamodania, Neaperamos, Nikiti and others - are indicated for disclosure.
