The archaeological excavations around the church of “St. Sunday“ are buried and paved. The municipal councilor from VMRO, Carlos Contrera, has raised the alarm about this. On the air of “Wake up” he said he will continue to look for answers as to what is happening to the archaeological site.
According to Contrera, there should be an increased police presence in the center of the capital every day.
He added that he is not a supporter of introducing a red zone in Sofia. “I think that changes in the manner and order of parking can happen with a wide public discussion”, the councilor clarified.
„Need for a bus lane along Boulevard “Patriarch Euthymius” there is no. There is no delay in the trolleybus traffic, Contrera specified.
In his words, it is very important that the work in the municipal council covers the remuneration. "A part of the municipal councilors do not do anything other than push the buttons. This is a production problem that gives birth to the council as a body," he said. According to him, the proposal to increase the nurses' salaries at the expense of the municipal budget was illogically rejected.
